YOUR SPECIAL CELEBRATION

You will need to have a wedding planner ... whether it's a Professional, friend, or family member, Matron or Maid of Honor... Bridesmaid... somebody that will help you with decorating, ordering from vendors, coordinating with venue manager, church, DJ, photographer, officiant, rehearsal, and preparing the all important time guide-lines.

You will also need a reception hostess, someone who will accept the responsibility of preparing the list of bridal party and what order they will be introduced into the reception, coordinating the time-line for cake cutting, bouquet toss, garter toss, blessing, toast, communication with guests... you don't want anybody to miss a special moment because they stepped outside.



Please consider adding a reception hostess to your entertainment package unless you are sure that one of your guests will accept the responsibility of coordinating your reception. This is NOT your DJ or Photographer's responsibility, their jobs are to play the music, make the announcements, keep the party pumping, and take fabulous pictures!
(we do have packages available that include an experienced reception hostess/photographer)
